A General Election candidate has appealed to people to stop interfering with his election posters. Senator Eugene Murphy who is running as an Independent candidate in Roscommon-Galway says some of his posters have been stolen and defaced in the past week.
The Scramogue native recently left Fianna Fáil after they refused to add him to their General Election ticket. Senator Murphy says it's wrong to interfere with candidates posters:
