Glowing tributes paid as founding member of Roscommon Solstice Choir dies unexpectedly

Her funeral will take place in St Patrick’s Church, Cloverhill, on Wednesday at 11:30am. 

A founding member of Roscommon Solstice Choir has passed away.

Bernie Condron, a former teacher in Scoil Mhuire in Strokestown, died unexpectedly at her home in Cloverhill, Roscommon, today.

Roscommon Solstice Choir said: "It is with a profound sense of sadness that we tell you today of the loss of Roscommon Solstice Choir founder-member, long-time committee member and dear friend, Bernie Condron.

"Bernie will be dearly missed by her family, her neighbours and her many, many friends."

Her funeral will take place in St Patrick’s Church, Cloverhill, on Wednesday at 11:30am.

Roscommon Solstice Choir director, Andrew Reynolds, has been taking tribute.
