Government policy's being blamed for the spiraling homelessness crisis.
Two men in their forties, whose bodies were recovered from Dublin's Grand Canal yesterday, were identified as living in homelessness. The number of people in emergency accommodation surpassed 14,000 for the first time ever in April, which included over 4000 children.
