Planning permission has been awarded for the development of two new enterprise buildings in a busy Leitrim Town. Ballinamore Development Company Ltd is seeking to resume and develop the sites to the rear of the existing enterprise Centre. The development would consist of one two-storey building containing five enterprise/workspace units with mezzanine offices, office hub and administration offices.
The other building would be single storey construction with three enterprise/workspace units. The applicants have also included a café and toilet facilities, provision of carparking and service yards, as well as bicycle parking, bin stores and connection to existing services and site development works. County planners approved the application with 17 conditions attached, including one provision requiring a developer contribution of €30,638.
