Longford’s Gerry Hagan has been appointed to the GAA Central hearings committee following Saturday evening’s GAA Congress.
Hagan of Killoe Young Emmet Og will be joined on the Central Hearing Committee by Brian Rennick (Dunderry GAA Club), Aoife Farrelly (Trim GAA Club), Micheál Óg McMahon (An Bhoth), Denis Holmes (Oola GAA Club), Tod O’ Mahony (Kiltimagh GAA), Seán Dunnion (Four Masters), Gerry Larkin (Tynagh/Abbey-Duniry) and Michael Wadding (Roanmore GAA)
Cloone’s Enda Tiernan has been appointed to the Central Appeals Committee. The Leitrim man will be joined by two Westmeath men in Matt Shaw of Clonkill GAA Club and Tom Farrell of Tang GAA Club.
The remaining Central Appeals Committee is Julie Galbraith (Buncrana GAA Club), Neil Sheridan (Balla GAA Club), Willie O’ Connor (Terence O’ Rahilly’s Tralee), Eddie Hughes (Raonaithe na Croise), Paul Foley (Patrickswell GAA Club), Gerry Kavanagh (Stradbally GAA, Laois)
The CCCC is made up of Derek Kent (Taghmon Camross), Martin McHugh (CLG Cill Chartha), John Halbert (Watergrasshill Hurling Club), Mary Judge (Caherlistrane GAA Club) and Séamus Kenny (Simonstown Gaels).
