NPHET today reported 545 new cases of the virus, as well as 4 deaths. It said compliance with Covid guidelines has noticeably dropped since January.
Professor Philip Nolan, who chairs NPHET's modelling group, says people have to be cautious as the country begins to reopen. Fewer than five cases have been recorded in Roscommon, Longford and Leitrim this evening.
