The Minister for Health will be questioned be members of the Fine Gael Parliamentary Party today as the controversy around the development of the new National Maternity Hospital continues.
Stephen Donnelly has agreed to address concerns raised after the Government delayed a decision to approve the plan for a two week period amid concerns about the leasing of the land at the St. Vincent's site in Dublin.
Minister Donnelly claims the development could be delayed by 10 to 15 years if the land was bought by Compulsory Purchase Order.
Fine Gael's Neale Richmond says a number of issues still need to be scrutinised before a final decision is made.
