The majority of the Shannonside Region saw an increase in property prices in the last three months.
A new report from MyHome.ie has shown both Leitrim and Longford saw a rise in prices, while Roscommon remained static.
The average price of a home in Longford increased by €6,000 in three months to €145,000, with a €25,000 euro increase noted year on year.
There were 134 properties for sale in Longford at the end of June - an increase of 23% compared to quarter two 2022.
In Leitrim, the average house now costs €175,000, up €10,000 on last year, with €5,500 of that growth seen in the last three months.
134 properties in Leitrim were under the hammer at the end of last month, a major increase when compared to previous years.
Meanwhile in Roscommon, prices stayed level with the average home costing €169,000 with average time for a property to go sale agreed from being listed standing at nearly seven months.
