House prices rise in the Shannonside region in third quarter of the year

House prices in the Shannonside region have risen in the third quarter of the year. Leitrim property prices rose by €4,950 while Longford properties saw an increase of €4,000, according to he latest MyHome.ie Property Price Report. The median asking price for homes in Leitrim is now €179,950, while it's €149,000 in Longford. Property prices in Roscommon, meanwhile, remained steady in the third quarter with the median asking price €185,000. There were 124 properties for sale in Leitrim at the end of the quarter, 127 in Longford, and 210 in County Roscommon.
