House prices soar in Leitrim by almost 12 per cent in a year

They have increased by 6 per cent in Roscommon and 3.1 per cent in Longford, according to the property website daft.ie.

House prices in Co Leitrim have risen by almost 12 per cent in the past year.

They have increased by 6 per cent in Roscommon and 3.1 per cent in Longford, according to the property website daft.ie.

The average asking price in Leitrim now stands at almost 207,000, while it's 219,000 in Roscommon and 204,000 in Longford.
