Demand for homes in Roscommon has decreased when compared to the same time last year.
A new report from Daft.ie shows a decline of 10% in the county.
Longford recorded a 5% increase in demand while Leitrim rose by just 0.10%
Enquiries about homes in Dublin saw the strongest growth, up 34%, followed by Meath.
Daft.ie Chief Commercial Officer, Adam Ferguson says estate agents are busy fielding calls and emails.
'There two factors to that, one is supply has increased for new homes slightly but also demand overall and by demand I mean emails and phone calls sent to estate agents for sales listings on daft.ie and then also for second hand homes which matches the trend of new homes but nit to the same extent.
