HSE committing to keeping GP services in Williamstown says Councillor

The Williamstown Action Group met with the HSE in Tuam yesterday afternoon.

A local Councillor has confirmed that the HSE has committed to keeping the GP service in Williamstown.

Residents have been concerned they could be left without a GP service as the current doctor, Gregory Kaza, is leaving the area at the end of this month.

Following the meeting, local Councillor Declan Geraghty confirmed that there should be an announcement shortly regarding a locum to take over the practice in the next week.
