The HSE are being criticised for not engaging with local councillors over the closure of day care services at Arus Carolan in Mohill.
An invitation was given to the HSE to attend today's Carrick-on-Shannon M.D. meeting but HSE representatives didn't attend and have not committed to a future date.
Elected members had hoped to raise questions over the closure, as older people are currently travelling to Ballinamore for daily activities.
Councillor Thomas Mulligan says both local representatives and the Mohill people feel dismissed.
