The President of the IMO says people who congregate in pubs and fail to observe social distancing or wear masks could be risking the possibility of a second wave of coronavirus in the coming weeks.
Concern has been expressed after large crowds were observed outside some bars and restaurants across the country over the weekend.
The scenes were condemned by the Restaurants Association, as well as concerns being expressed by the Vintners Federation.
