Portiuncula University Hospital in Ballinasloe is under severe pressure today according to the INMO.
31 patients were waiting for beds in the hospital this morning with 24 waiting in wards, and 7 in the emergency department.
Sligo University Hospital is also busy, with 27 waiting on a bed in the Emergency Department and 18 in wards elsewhere.
Meanwhile, there are 58 patients waiting for a bed in University Hospital Galway and 7 people are on trolleys in the Midlands Regional Hospital in Mullingar.
Nationally, 700 patients are on trolleys as of this morning with over 100 waiting for a bed in University Hospital Limerick.
