Gardai in Longford are investigating a burglary at a house in the south of the county which took place earlier this week.
A sum of cash was taken from a house in Abbeyshrule at around 11am on Wednesday morning.
Investigations are ongoing and Gardai in Longford are appealing to anyone who may have seen anything at the time or vehicles acting suspiciously to contact them at 043-3350570.
