Ireland's climate is hotter, sunnier and wetter than it was 30 years ago.
Met Eireann has published Ireland's new Climate Averages, and compared the two 30 year periods from 1961 to 1990, and from 1991 to 2020. .
Annual average rainfall has increased by 7 percent, while there's around 63 more hours of annual sunshine.
