A dedicated space for local exam-year students and teenagers who are dealing with power outages and limited internet access will be available tomorrow.
The Irish Red Cross has launched the 'Happy Hub' initiative in a number of locations, including counties Leitrim and Monaghan.
The hubs offer a special space focused on wellbeing for young people, as well as power and internet for students who want to complete their CAO application forms.
Tea and coffee will be provided, and parents of teenagers are also welcome to drop in.
The Irish Red Cross is welcoming students to their 'Happy Hubs' at The Landmark Hotel in Carrick-on-Shannon, tomorrow from 2pm to 4pm.
The same event will also be taking place in The Shirley Arms Hotel in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, from 1pm to 4pm.
