The head of a Shannonside based rural advocacy group believes people will be living in fear of crippling debt in order to meet climate change demands of the government.
Seamus Boland claims that the government needs to provide more incentives for people to move away from fossil fuels or retrofit their homes in order to meet targets in the climate action plan published earlier this month.
