The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is calling for volunteers to help out at it's headquarters in Longford.
The ISPCA specialises in rescue, rehabilitation, education and the prevention of animal cruelty.
Based in Keenagh, the Centre is the home to the ISPCA kennels, cattery, stables and animal rehabilitation work.
The ISPCA are still dealing with the effects of the Covid Pandemic and the massive surge in adoptions during lockdowns.
This led to a subsequent jump in dumping and surrendering of animals.
