Issues affecting the sheep industry in Ireland will be the focus of a meeting in Leitrim this week.
The Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers Association is inviting local sheep farmers to the event to discuss their concerns.
The meeting will take place in the bush Hotel, Carrick on Shannon on Tuesday the 21st from 8pm.
Speakers on the evening will include Oliver Crowe from C.C Agricultural Consultants on maximizing CAP payments, Sean McNamara, ICSA sheep chair and a presentation from Bord Bia on market outlook and promotion.
