The Taoiseach has said it's up to individual parents to decide if they're comfortable bringing their children along to indoor dining.
Chief Medical Officer Dr Tony Holohan has recommended against allowing children to dine indoors.
But the legislation approved by the Dáil allows it as long as they're accompanied by fully vaccinated adults.
