The Jaffa Cake has once again divided opinion.
The orange and chocolate flavoured cake-discs have been named as the most dunk able biscuit.
Researchers found Jaffa Cakes could withstand 116 dunks into a cup of tea, compared to a plain digestive which only lasted 6 dunks before breaking.
These biscuit fans disagree with Jaffa Cakes being dunked into tea.
A biscuit fan said : " It's not about lasting the longest. It is the fact that there is this gelatin substance putting in tea is like dipping a jelly into tea. You want like a biscuit, something that can soften up and honestly I can't think of anything worse to put into my tea."
Another fan said "I haven't had a Jaffa cake in years and I would not have it in tea. Not at all. I would probably have something like a choclate digestive or a hobnob. Just something a bit drier because the Jaffa cakes are a meal in themselves."
