The jailing of three men over the Strokestown eviction has been compared in the Dáil to the Birmingham Six - and described as an "appalling injustice".
Three men were each sentenced to 15 years in prison in connection with an attack on security guards at a repossessed house in Falsk, Strokestown.
They were convicted in Dublin Circuit Court in connection with the incident, which happened in 2018.
All three had denied the charges and are appealing their sentences.
Independent TD for Tipperary, Mattie McGrath, raised the issue in the Dáil on Tuesday evening.
