The three judges who presided over Kevin Lunney’s abduction trial are due to deliver their verdicts later this morning.
Four men stood accused of falsely imprisoning and torturing the director of Quinn Industrial Holdings just over two years ago.
After returning to his home in Co Fermanagh on September 17th 2019, Kevin Lunney claims he was dragged out of his car and forced into the boot of an Audi.
From the stand last June, he said he was then transported to what he believed to be a horse box where he claims he was stripped to his boxer shorts and doused in bleach before being beaten with a stick and attacked with a knife.
He said the letters Q-I-H were carved into his chest.
Throughout his ordeal, he claimed he was repeatedly told to step down from his role at Quinn Industrial Holdings.
Four men stood accused of falsely imprisoning and seriously assaulting him. The three judges of the non-jury court will deliver their verdicts later this morning.
