The wife of former Taoiseach and Longford native Albert Reynolds has left an estate valued at close to 4.5 million euro.
Kathleen Reynolds, a native of Sligo, passed away on May 4th 2021 aged 88.
The Irish Independent reports Mrs Reynolds left her entire fortune to six of the couple's seven children including Miriam, Leonie, Emer, Andrea, Cathy and Albert Jnr.
She also left her two-thirds interest in the former Ribbon Factory at Church Street and Battery Road to Albert Jnr.
The couple's eldest son Phillip ran the family business C&D foods before stepping down from the role in 2019.
Kathleen Reynolds was well known in the 1990s when she accompanied her late husband on several foreign trips while the Longford TD served as Taoiseach between 1992 and 1994.
The couple shared an apartment at the Intercontinental Hotel in Ballsbridge.
