Independent General Election candidate in Longford-Westmeath Cllr. Kevin 'Boxer' Moran has announced who he will co-opt onto Westmeath County Council should he be elected.
Indeed, the Athlone based councillor confirmed to Shannonside FM that John Gibbons will take his seat on Westmeath County Council. Whereas, tallies showed Moran in third place with 13.1% of first preference vote.
