A Boyle business woman is continuing her tradition of spreading joy and good will this Christmas.
Dorothy Shannon from the King House Tea Rooms in Boyle is set to provide Christmas dinner for free for people feeling alone this afternoon. Later today, Dorothy will welcome up to 30 people into the tea rooms where people can enjoy a traditional Christmas dinner, company and music. Now in it's fifth year, the event helps those on their own this Christmas with special focus on community spirit.
Dorothy told Shannonside FM News that the event is helped by generous donations from her suppliers and the general public.
