Leitrim County Council has published plans for the development of 12 new social houses at Townspark in Carrick on Shannon.
The details published through a Part 8 notice are for a greenfield location accessed off Summerhill Road via the Autumn View junction and adds to Phase 1 of Pairceanna na Bhaile which is for 27 units currently under construction.
The new plans are for 12 residential units incorporating a mix of three and four-bedroomed semi-detached and terraced homes.

Due to the sloped nature of the site, the houses are designed to back onto Phase 1 and take in the views of the town to the south.
