Leitrim County Council is threatening to issue a warning letter if a partially collapsed building in Mohill isn't rebuilt. Part of the former Gannon's drapery shop fell onto the Main Street last November. The council has issued a warning letter to the owner over alleged unauthorised works that began last month at the back of the property.

And it says the building itself must be reinstated - or another warning letter might be issued. Local Independent councillor Enda Stenson says he was concerned about the works at the back of the property last month:
