Leitrim GAA Chairman Enda Stenson says members of the organisation are going to have to take a financial hit where necessary in order for the organisation to survive the next couple of years.
The County Board Chairman says the organisation was founded on a spirit of volunteerism and that is going to have to be more the case as the organisation struggles through a serious financial deficit.
He was speaking today as a major fundraiser for Leitrim GAA draws to a close with more than 1200 supporters in Leitrim, Ireland, and around the world taking up the challenges to walk 50 Miles in January.
