Investigations are underway following a spate of vehicle break-ins in Leitrim.
Gardaí are investigating a number of incidents of theft from motor vehicles that occurred yesterday in the Dromod area. CCTV from the surrounding area is being combed through and enquiries are ongoing. Meanwhile Gardaí are also investigating the theft of a vehicle from outside a residential premises in the Dun Ri area of Carrick on Shannon in the early hours of yesterday morning. Emergency services were also in attendance at the incident.
No arrests have been made as of yet and investigations are ongoing.
