That's according to the most recent report compiled by Daft.ie.

It has listed Leitrim as one of the worst affected areas for a lack of homes on the market.
The average rent in the county was €1,187, an increase of 13% since 2023.

In Roscommon, rents were on average 8% higher in the final three months of 2024 than the previous year.
The average listed rent in the county is now €1,361, up 91% since the Covid-19 pandemic.
While in Longford, the average rent is now €1,353, a 7.9% increase since 2023.
Nationally, there were fewer than 2,300 homes available to rent across the country compared with the same time last year.
