Ireland's newest millionaire or millionaires are being urged to get in contact with the national lottery to register their win, after the winning ticket was sold in Mohill.
The player in Leitrim purchased their 4.2 million euro ticket in Centra in the town.
The National Lottery has confirmed that it is still waiting to hear from the winning ticket holder who has become the 25th National Lottery millionaire of 2023.
Anyone who bought a ticket for Wednesday's draw is asked to check their tickets carefully.
The winning numbers were: 4, 11, 17, 18, 25, 32 and the bonus number was 9.
Fran Whearty from the National Lotto says they are ready to help the winners through the process.
"4.2 million euro is completely life-changing. The winner or winners have a lot of legal financial guidance and we have a team at National Lottery that will guide them through the process every step of the way. I think a big piece of advice for the winners is to do nothing. We suggest that they maybe take a couple of weeks out once they're ready to claim their prize, and as soon as they're ready we will be there to sign the check for them."
