A Leitrim man who rammed a lorry into the gates of the Russian Embassy in Dublin last March has been remanded on continuing bail.
49 year old Desmond Wisley of Tully Ballinamore was arrested and charged on March 7th following the alleged incident of criminal damage on the Orwell Road.
The case was back before Tallaght District Court yesterday however Mr. Wiley did not have to appear at the hearing.
While the case was listed for directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions, Judge Patricia McNamara heard Gardai were unable to obtain the DPP's decision due to a difficulty valuing the damagecaused by church supplier's truck.
The case was adjourned until June 21st.
