A new report from the Residential Tenancies Board has revealed Leitrim has the lowest average rent in the country.
The findings are based on a three bedroom house in new tenancies in the last three months of 2022.
Average monthly rents in Leitrim stood at €800 per month that's compared to €2,063 per month in Dublin.

In Longford the average rent in quarter four of last year was €965 with Roscommon recording average rent of around €880.
