LISTEN: Chris O'Dowd's dad on his son's TV series, which airs tonight

A TV series created by star actor Chris O'Dowd and partly filmed in his native Boyle will start tonight.

Small Town, Big Story is set in the fictional rural Irish town of Drumbán and will begin on Sky Atlantic at 9 o'clock this evening.

A major Hollywood film production comes to the town - only to have the spotlight shine on a hidden secret that's been kept quiet for a quarter of a century.

Chris O'Dowd's dad, Sean, lives in Boyle - he's looking forward to the first episode tonight.
