They both died when the car they were travelling in collided with a tractor on Friday at around 8pm.

Guards of honour took place in Cloonfad, Co Roscommon, today as the remains of two crash victims returned home.

Large crowds gathered in the village as the remains of 13-year-old James Daniels and later 19-year-old Harry Fagan arrived home from Mayo University Hospital in Castlebar, this afternoon and this evening respectively.

They both died when the car they were travelling in collided with a tractor on Friday at around 8pm.

They are both from Cloonfad, with James's funeral taking place in the village on Tuesday, and Harry's on Wednesday.

Another teenage boy, called Dermot Fagan, Harry's younger brother, was seriously injured in the crash, but he underwent surgery yesterday and is expected to make a full recovery.
