A Drumshanbo family, with a severely disabled son, have been without electricity for over two weeks.
Their property is one of around 1,600 homes and businesses in the Shannonside region still out of power.
There are 800 in Leitrim, 700 in Roscommon and around 1,300 in Longford.
Catherine Clerkin, from Drumshanbo, says the long wait has had a big effect on her son.
Eoghan Murphy was in her house today to find out more, while he also spoke to others without power.
