Roscommon GAA legend Adrian O'Sullivan has been remembered as an outstanding footballer at his funeral in Castlerea today.
The 76-year-old died last Thursday in Abbey Haven Nursing Home in Boyle, after an illness.
He had a glittering career with Roscommon and Castlerea St Kevin's, and was a civil engineer and lecturer.
His friend and former GAA trainer, Danny Burke, says he always played his heart out on the field.
The parish priest of Castlerea, Fr John McManus, also paid tribute to Adrian, who was from Barrack Street in the town.
