Restrictions have eased for the first time this year, with people now able to travel between counties and have visitors in their gardens.
Personal services have reopened, while non-essential retail can offer click and collect or shopping by appointment.
Non-essential retail by appointment is also back today along with click and collect. Religious services as well as museums, galleries and libraries have also reopened.
Around 30 people attended the first public mass in St Patrick’s Church in Mohill this morning at 10am.
