Mullingar man Niall Breslin is hoping to raise €200,000 through an epic week-long challenge.
The musician and his team are kayaking the Shannon, cycling to Limerick and finally climbing Carrauntoohil, Co Kerry.
It's in aid of the mental health charity he co-founded, called A Lust for Life.
