A heartbroken Cavan family who lost their son to suicide has called for legislation that makes bullying a criminal offence.
Eden Heaslip took his own life in September after he was bullied over a period of time.
Chloe Heaslip there, describing Eden, when she spoke to Shannonside Northern Sound this morning.
Just a month after he died, his family have been telling his story and asking people to be aware of the signs of bullying.
His father Raymond says there needs to be legislation introduced to stop bullies.
Chloe added there needs to be changes to how bullying is viewed.
