Over 100 people attended a public meeting in Leitrim Village tonight, to voice their concerns about a possible asylum-seeker centre.
The Department of Integration is considering accommodating international-protection applicants in the Leitrim Marina Hotel.
A public meeting, organised by the local community, took place in St Joseph's Hall in Leitrim Village at 9.30 tonight.
