Around 50 people have taken part in the annual Leitrim Pride parade in Carrick-on-Shannon this afternoon.
Members of the LGBTQ+ community marched around the town, starting at Scoil Mhuire National School.
It was part of a week-long festival of Pride events, ending with a picnic at the People's Park in Carrick tomorrow.
These people took part in the march today and explained why.
