LISTEN: Students at Roscommon school raise over €13,000 for much-loved classmates

The money will go towards the trials in the US for Naughton twins George and Isaac, who were diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in 2012.

Students at Roscommon Community College have so far raised over €13,000 towards groundbreaking clinical trials for two much-loved classmates.
The money will go towards the trials in the US for Naughton twins George and Isaac, who were diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in 2012.

Their brother Archie, who was also diagnosed with the devastating muscle wasting disease, sadly passed away in 2022 at the age of just 16.
Second year students at the community college today held a successful prize draw as the entire school turned orange in honour of the Join Our Boys Trust.
Fifth year student Donata Leyden Roberto said the entire school community came out in support of George and Isaac:
