Taoiseach Simon Harris says he's not happy with the delay in resolving the issue.

The Taoiseach says he's "utterly dissatisfied" with the health service's failure to provide residential care for a severely autistic teenager from Roscommon.

The case of Sean Sullivan, from Ballinagare, was raised again in the Dáil today by local Independent TD Michael Fitzmaurice.

He also raised the issue in Leinster House five weeks ago, saying the 18-year-old urgently needed residential care.

But Deputy Fitzmaurice says Sean is still under his family's care despite the Taoiseach intervening.

Taoiseach Simon Harris says he's not happy with the delay in resolving the issue.
