Local businesses across the Shannonside region, shut for much of the pandemic, have been reacting to details of government's re-opening plans.
The cabinet is due to meet this afternoon to sign off on plans that would give a road map to the hospitality, non-essential retail and personal services sectors on when doors can be opened to the public again.
While it's expected that the Taoiseach will formally announce the easing of restrictions in a live address this evening, much of the detail has already been leaked to the press.
