A local councillor says time is of the essence in providing a temporary solution at Lough Funshinagh. Independent Councillor Laurence Fallon was reacting to news that a planning application would be made this week. Taoiseach Simon Harris confirmed Roscommon County Council will submit it to An Bord Pleanála before Friday.
