School children are taking their lives in their hands when they cross the road in Tulsk, Co Roscommon, according to a councillor. Fianna Fáil's Sean Moylan says the N5 is extremely busy in the village - and it'll be another three years before it's bypassed, as part of the Ballaghaderreen to Scramoge Road Project. He says the situation is incredibly dangerous for 88 households who are 'marooned' on the northern side of the road. Councillor Moylan says a pedestrian crossing is badly needed.
